Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how HIS Studios, operated by Hussain Shafiu ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use any of our mobile applications published on Google Play (each an "App", together the "Apps").
By installing or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If an individual App has additional privacy terms, those terms will be shown inside that App and apply alongside this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
Some Apps let you create an account or submit content. In those Apps we may collect:
- Account details such as a display name, email address, or sign-in identifier (for example, from Google Sign-In).
- Content you choose to submit, such as ratings, reviews, comments, photos, recipes, game progress, or profile information.
- Messages you send us, such as support requests or feedback.
Apps that work without an account do not ask for this information.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and similar technical details.
- Usage information: how you interact with the App, such as screens viewed, features used, and session length.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data that help us find and fix problems.
- Advertising identifiers: in Apps that show ads, the Android Advertising ID may be used by our ad provider, subject to your device settings.
- Approximate location: only in Apps where location is part of a feature (for example, finding nearby places), and only with your permission.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health data through our Apps.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Apps and their features.
- To create and manage your account and save your progress or content.
- To improve the Apps, fix bugs, and understand which features are used.
- To show advertising in ad-supported Apps.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To protect the Apps and our users against fraud, cheating, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
Our Apps may use the following third-party services, which collect information under their own privacy policies. Not every App uses every service.
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Firebase (including Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, and Cloud Messaging)
- Google Sign-In (account sign-in)
Some Apps also connect to servers we operate to store accounts and user content. Information sent to those servers is used only for the purposes described in this policy.
4. Device permissions
Depending on the App, we may request permissions such as:
- Internet / network access: to load content, sync data, and show ads.
- Camera or photos/media: only if you choose to take or upload a picture.
- Location: only for location-based features.
- Notifications: to send updates or reminders you can turn off at any time.
You can grant or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.
5. Sharing of information
We share information only in these cases:
- With the service providers listed above, to operate the Apps.
- Publicly, when you choose to post content (such as reviews, ratings, or a public profile) in an App that displays it to other users.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of HIS Studios, our users, or others.
- As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of an App, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the App and for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
Deleting your data: if you created an account in one of our Apps, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by using the in-app delete option (where available) or by emailing us at the address below with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the name of the App. We will process the request within 30 days. Some information may be kept for a limited time where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Uninstalling an App removes data stored only on your device.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the Apps and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13, unless an App's Google Play listing states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If an App is designed for a general audience that may include children, we limit data collection and use only ad settings permitted for that audience under Google Play's Families policies.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it.
- Ad personalization: you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings.
- Consent: where we ask for consent (for example, for personalized ads in certain regions), you may withdraw it at any time.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
